Cancellation Policy
If you change your mind before receiving your order, you may request a cancellation at any time before the order has been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
General Return Policy
All return requests must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
Eligible returns may receive:
- A refund to the original payment method.
Refund Amount
Upon approval of the return, Gajjar Carving Wood Art will refund the value of the returned product(s). Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We may request photographs or other evidence to verify the issue before processing a replacement or refund.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, accessories, and included materials must be returned with the product.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment.
